Peter F Hamilton is Britain’s biggest-selling science fiction author, having sold over five million copies of his novels worldwide.
After several years writing short stories he published his first novel Mindstar Rising, featuring the near-future psychic detective Greg Mandel. It was followed by two sequels. Hamilton’s massive blockbuster Night’s Dawn Trilogy made him a well-known name on the science fiction stage. He has written two stand-alone science fiction novels, the Commonwealth series, the Void Trilogy, the Chronicle of the Fallers duology, along with a series for children and two collections of short fiction.
He was born in 1960 in the county of Rutland UK where he continues to reside with his wife and two young children.
